rules to keep your body healthy

    'Health is wealth' commented by wisemen. We need different kinds of medicines , vitamins and other systems to keep our body fit. It is not necessary to take medicine in each disease. There are some formulas to avoid medicines and cure diseases. Our daily routine like food habit,sleeping,  taking rest, bathing,playing, doing exercise etc. will cure us from diseases. The following lines are some preventive measures to keep our body healthy.

         Make a rule to awake before the sun rise. Go to bed early at night. Do not waste time at night on sleepless. It has been said by wise men ‘early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise’. Drink water before going to bed.

        Do exercise regularly according to your limit. Meditation is also an exercise which keeps body healthy. Walking and swimming help is also a strong exercise. Use oil on your body regularly before bath. Take bath properly without in a hurry. Brush your teeth, clean your tongue properly. Dry your wet hair with a dry cloth or towel.

        Take morning sun rays early in the morning after bath. Use clean water. Take balanced vegetarian food having no spice. Always avoid spicy and junk food. Use pulses, fruits and milk, coconut and green raw fruits in your breakfast.

          Do yoga daily to enhance oxygen circulation in your veins and muscles. It helps to concentrate your mind and keeps healthy. Yoga helps to increase positive thoughts to drive away negative thoughts. Your will smile automatically without any evil thoughts like anger, ego, proud etc.

        Adjust yourself according to changing seasons. They affect our body with their varying weather. The winter (Jan and Feb), the spring (March and April) and the summer (May and June) are bring pleasant moment for man. The sun becomes strong and atmosphere becomes harsh in these seasons. The rain (July and Aug), the autumn (Sep and Oct) and the dew (Nov and Dec) come with different weather. When there is a change in seasons, take care of your food habit. Don’t roam much in unfriendly weather. Most diseases attack in this period.

        Taking Harad in this period is called as body building yoga. In summer take it with jiggery, in rain take it with black salt, in autumn take it with sugar, and in winter take it with Papal, in spring take it with honey. Take proper dose of it as three or four teaspoonful.

         Take four to five Tulsi leaves daily. It will keep away from fever and other diseases. Cough, cold and other symptoms will go away. 
                
         Don’t take heavy or no meal. Never fill your stomach with heavy food or never keep empty. Take vegetarian and simple food. Take salad of green fruits and vegetables. Germinated pulses should be taken in this period. Don’t take water in between meal. Drink water after half an hour of meal. Don’t eat for taste, eat for health only.

         Gargle with salty water after meal. The food you taken must not block in food pipe. Take a rest after meal.
          Keep smiling and satisfaction yourself always. Think that which will not make your thought. It may harm to your body. Never try to sleep during day time. Only take a rest.

          Keep in mind that proper ventilation should be made to your house. We welcome to diseases by using cooler and air conditioner in close room. Incense sticks, camphor or sandal’s fragrance should be used daily for some time. Do worship the God daily and fire worship regularly. The smoke of different plants products will keep you away from diseases.

        Try to breathe through nose only. Never use mouth to breathe. Taking in oxygen through mouth may decrease your age.

         Keep your mind in positive manner. Learn the books which have ethical values. Never read the books which betray you from your right path.

          Take three to four glasses of cold water early in the morning. If you keep water in cupper pot, it will help you most. It will help you to be smart and active throughout the whole day. Clean your stool and diseases will not come near. Minimum three liters of water need to drink within twenty four hour.

         Do fasting once in a week. Take lemon water, it will help you to increase your determination and control power in mind.

         Never be angry while taking meal or don’t think thoughts like this. Take your dinner three hours prior to your bed. Wash your feet before to bed.  Think about God and analyze your daily performance. Never keep your head towards north of your room when you are sleeping.  Take light food at night. It will help your stomach to be free.

         Morning walking with naked feet on grass will help you to connect with the earth qualities. When you are awaking from your bed, rub your palms and look it. Pray to the God who is creator of this world. Promise to complete your duty perfectly.
